This is the second release to band to stowaway. Laid back jangly guitar has a Jesus and Mary Chain feel. Vocals and composition remind me of The National. No FCCs detected.

1. train to NYC: mid-tempo jangly guitars, good songwriting and harmonizing
***2. surfin': drums yield to guitar, a laid-back tribute to a day "Surfing with you."
***3. shallow moon: Slow-paced guitar strumming minor chords echoy spooky shivers.
***4. favorite t shirt: Minor chords with a wild west feel like the Bad seeds yet vocals are soft and reflective not at all like Nick Cave.
5. tiger balm: jangly Jesus and Mary Chain
***6. waving you goodbye: very J & M Chain laid back kicks into a surfy track
7. Wellington: more driven and intense ala Interpol-style
8. don't want to see you go... Ballad with piano, guitar strumming and nostalgic lyrics.
