Folk-influenced indie rock with a distinct emotional vulnerability to it, lauded by journalistic entities like Pitchfork and Consequence of Sound. The female vocalist has a raw, trembling voice similar to Angel Olsen or Sharon Van Etten, as the album seems to be something of a therapeutic release for her. Incorporates both acoustic, folksy instruments and gorgeous, shiny, sad electric guitar riffs. Very sad, very beautiful.

8. ***Hold Your Own Hand (6:54) – starts out slow and sad, picks up with intricate shimmers of guitar riffs and reverb, ending this depressing album on a hopeful note
