Osborne Jones is David Osborne and David-Gwen Jones with 10 other experienced musicians all immersed in country Roots and Rock n Roll. David-Gwen Jones’ voice is at times eerily like a young Elvis. Full of varied classic country sounds that fans of Merle Haggard and Dwight Yoakam will enjoy.
1.(4:07)med – classic honky-tonk style with interesting lyrics
2.(3:48)slow – ballad – think young Elvis
3.(3:42)med – polka sound with electric organ
4.(4:08)med – honky tonk - sound even sad and nasal
5.(4:02)slow- deep, gravelly velvet voice- a la Leonard Cohen
