Phil, songwriter, musician and social activist, and Patricia, a singer known for her harmonies, bring us this album of “poetic, lyrical songs with a working class edge".
Described as “ an eclectic mix of Acoustic Country, Blues, and Folk”, this is the duo’s fourth album since 1997. Of special note is track #6, which is Phil’s only solo song; the rest are either harmonies or just Patricia.

Best for me: 1, 2, 5, 6**, 8

1. 3:32 slow/med – hint of bluegrass fiddle in this almost spiritual
2. 2:17 med – both the singing and music evoke the rhythmic feel of a train
3. 2:53 slow- album namesake. The best showcase of Patricia Ford’s singing depth
4. 3:12 slow- lyrics seem to be a little deeper/more heartfelt
5. 4:42 slow- good story about a guitar player
6. 3:06 slow half spoken word/half gentle singing in a gravely male voice
7. 2:53 slow- sad ballad, nice cello
8. 3:41 slow/med- very nice almost instrumental
