Dark ambient. Uses field recordings from space collected from NASA, The Very Large Array, The National Radio Astronomy Observatory, and various universities in the US. Highly recommend checking out Lustmord's writeup of the album on his bandcamp (pieced together below)—

"Behind the world that we experience lies a veil of darkness and much is hidden between, beyond and unseen... Approximately sixty-eight percent of the Universe is unseen dark energy and approximately twenty-seven percent is unseen dark matter. We have yet to discover what dark matter is, and only know the things it is not... The universe began of darkness, not of light... While space is a virtual vacuum, it does not mean there is no sound in space."

1. (27:34) Subspace—Gloomy, windswept ambient. Buzzing field recordings midway.
2. (20:05) Astronomicon—Thicker, frosty onslaught.
3. (23:04) Black Static—Glowing, expansive to start. Eerie drones and hisses.
