Futuro is the 28th single released by legendary Mexico City alternative band Café Tacvba. Eclecticism has been a defining quality in the band’s career and these two new tracks are no exception. While Futuro features distorted vocals and a minimalist synth riff over a cumbia beat, Un Par De Lugares is a guitar driven psych pop composition that brings to mind Tame Impala’s recent recordings. A full-length album will be released this summer.
