Debut album from this Irish singer/songwriter who is now based in London. Called “Feel Good Music,” it consists of sometimes heavy lyrics masked by upbeat tunes. Only country in the sense that it sounds Indie/Americana and Pete’s from a different country. Best for me: 2, 4, 6, 7, 8


1. med – upbeat Americana sound
2. med – heavy lyrics about riots, nice poetic vocals at end
3. med – alternative rock sound with dominant vocals
4. med – reminds me of early REM
5. slow/med – Title cut, peaceful tune
6. slow/med – interesting tune reminiscent of British Pop
7. slow – mostly spoken voice with minimal accompaniment, bagpipe at end
8. slow/med – gentle song with nice vocal harmonies
9. slow – really nice piano accompanies dismal lyrics
10. med – only song that has a slight country rock twinge. Maybe
11.slow/med – indie/Americana sound
