Fans of Bardo Pond, dirty Neil Young, MV & EE, Bevis Frond take heed. From Australia, psych drenched folkish blues rock, somewhat off key guitar and vocs, bass and drums. Simple stuff that gets fuzzy in all the right places. Like Bevis Frond there's a certain hippie stone to this, especially when it veers into Hendrix/Young/Trower/Cream fuzz blues. Great stuff. 1)* (8:34) slow dark psych plod, morose vocs, Bardo Pond stoney guitar 2) (5:25) pretty much silence for first ~10 sec, then slow march glacial Stoney psych built on two quiet guitar chords, chill 3) (4:37) simple folky rock gets fuzzy, Neil young comes to mind 4) (3:32) slow waltzing ballady with vocs in front 5)* (7:00) slow bluesy doomy, Hendrix on luudes. 6) (5:15) slow simple chords and singing really 7)* (7:34) 60's Cream fuzz blues riff is strong here, vocs in front too 8) (5:14) chill ride cymbal pleasant rock a la Trowers prettier stuff 9) one FCC right at start "gonna head into town, gonna fuck around" (6:37) big fuzzed blues riff | ||
