J-Live - Below System Records: [90 BPM] Yet another international collabo with 90’s New York City emcee J-Live teaming up with Belgium based producer Koss. Koss is known for his hip hop purest style production (sampling, MPC and turntables are the ingredients). On this track Koss serves up a punchy drum laden track with majestic horns and a subdued bassline. Of course J-Live spits some intelligent rhymes and the classic 90’s sound is punctuated with classic cuts and scratches by Koss for the hook.
