Self dubbed "Uke Billy Punk" - power pop infused with ukulele. Short songs that feature insightful acerbic lyrics, often contrasted with "nice" cutesy music. Great stuff by a guy who is making a stand for the middle aged: he has worked in entertainment with a long list of storied names from Boy George to Paul Oakenfield, Queen to Fatboy Slim. He has a lot to say. Play with Half Japanese, Phantom Limbs (Tucson band, see vinyl). Track 4 “Man Bun” could easily become a cult classic a la Dr Demento.
