Review: straight ahead contemporary progressive jazz. Cervini is a robust drummer with a forceful presence and his band is top notch. Plus they write their own compositions. All originals except three. Ballads & hard-driving swing. A Radiohead cover.
If You Like: Art Blakey, Billy Higgins, Paul Desmond, JJ Johnson
