Sky Faction is the self-titled debut EP by San Francisco band Sky Faction. Sophisticated guitar pop nicely influenced by 1990s Elefant and Darla records catalogues. Very fond of the vocals and the energy of the band. I think they are ready for a full length. Recommended. Dream pop crooner. Great vocal melody. Reminds me classic Elefant records. Play it! 2. (2:57) Mar – Slow tempo C86 ballad. Think of Lush’s most recent 2016 EP, Blind Spot. Nice melody. 3. (3:59) *** Miss Solitary – Medium-up tempo. Cool retro 1990s guitar pop recording reminiscent of The Cardigans’ early days. Stylish vocals and instrumentation. 4.
