What makes this band (and spin off Moon Duo) are the hip grinding beats: I concluded years ago that they really are a dance band when it all comes down. Cool organ, tambourines, and fuzzy guitars, wah wah’ed. A sax is introduced in this furthering comparisons to Can. See also locals Lumerians. Delving also into psych pop sentiments of Prefab Messiahs.

1)* (6:23) cool laid back kraut groove, sax appears late, subtle 2) (5:37) swingy sorta doomy bass heavy tone. 3) (5:13) cheery tone to this, floaty and dream poppy, backwards guitar and organ smacks of old Pink Floyd or even Beatles 4) (4:21) guitar strummy, very Prefab Messiahs, upbeat 5) (7:28) sexy upbeat accessible poppy really in its simplicity. 6) (6:03) head nodding rock beat, heavy on the 2 and 4 beat 7) (7:15) slow mindful with Floyd organ, ballady almost
