Jasmine Murray's singing talent came into prominence when she appeared on American Idol in 2009. Fearless, Murray's first album, is a great addition to the Christian pop genre known as Contemporary Christian Music (CCM). The album's music is similar to past offerings from Britt Nicole, Francesca Battistelli, and Mandisa. Most of the songs on the album are upbeat with Murray's strong voice coming through every song.
