Heres a beauty that I transferred from vinyl, something we never got in 2004. Quintron and his wife Miss Pussycat create a spastic high energy retro smacking good time dirty hip shaking rock out of a big nasty home made organ with rhythm programs. The Miss contributes vocals and crazy dancing and often opens the performance with a puppet show using her home made creations. Okay, she’s a tad on the wacky side (my “crazy girl” detector broke the glass when I saw them at the 12 Galaxies in ’04). This is such great stuff, totally deserving of attention. And despite having their home and equipment destroyed in Hurricane Katrina, and Quintron surviving cancer, they are still at it, playing the recent Burger Boogaloos. Don’t miss this band!!!
