The Mirror is the latest 7” single by Long Beach, California psych pop singer-songwiter Rudy De Anda. The Mirror continues his interest in late 20th century California psychedelia, adding this time a very distinctive Los Angeles Chicano soul rhythmic feeling a la Chicano Batman. Even his vocals feel less experimental and more melodic with a late 1970s soul pop vibe. 21st century West Coast grooves.

1. (3:18) **The Mirror – Medium tempo recording. Slow intro, then some organs sounds, sneaky guitar riff and a pleasant vocal melody and chorus. Very retro and very cool.
2. (3:46) **Los Canarios – Slow tempo track. Very 1970s AM radio. Tasteful and melodic. I particularly love the chorus, the psychedelic guitars and the trippy ending.
