116 Clique is a hip-hop collective and their album "The Gift" is a Christmas compilation for everyone who appreciates some hip-hop holiday cheer. Traditional favorites (Oh Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, The First Noel, etc.) are re-interpreted through old/new-school, east&west coast sounds, mixed with R&B,latin, pop, and soul music. The vocalists are FIRE and the rappers are adept. Songs wrap up well with reminiscences and humor about spending time with family, having Christmas dinner, exchanging gifts, and of course, Jesus.
