Night After Night

Love child of the Ramones and early 80’s LA hardcore with the sentiment of the original Donnas’ garage punk glory themes of love and jealousy. All songs plunder 60’s garage tones heavily, often with background ooooh ahhhhh vocals in the choruses. If the songs aren’t about forlorn love they are replete with fighting, beer drinking, borderline lechery. Only thing missing are fast cars but it may be cuz this band is from New Zealand where vehicular transportation isn’t firmly affixed to our vas deferens and fragile egos. This album seems a little less rip roaring than their previous, which is probably a good thing cuz they already top my list for band most likely explode on stage.
