Heavy doom metal. Walls of crushing downtuned guitars, bass, drums, guttural vocalizations. Really dense. Wikipedia: Primitive Man is an American doom metal band from Denver, Colorado, composed of Ethan Lee McCarthy on vocals and guitar, Jonathan Campos on bass, and Joe Linden on drums. They are known for an extremely harsh sound – combining funeral doom, noise music, and black metal elements – and blunt nihilistic outlook.

Hooray!

1) (7:32) slow death spiral doom 2) (5:02) psychotic guitar drone intro, doom follows, ends cold 3)* (8:01) begins with pounding machine gun death as intro to unrelenting doom, goes back occasionally 4)* (2:21) beautiful noise, layers of sick, dark feedback laden noise like only doom metal bands can create 5) (7:10) similar to 1, with feedback start 6) (5:50) a moderate head bobbing beat to this instead of the slow crush, interspersed with machine gun blasts Bill C. 3/22
