Tangy synth-based psychedelic rock from Melbourne, Australia. Plenty of castles in the air, blue morpho butterflies, and third eyes popping open. These dudes put on one hell of a live show and are known for their DEEP and diverse discography (I think they released four albums last year). Fans of the current Australian psychedelic vanguard will dig this, as will anyone craving the groovier work of Yeasayer, the Apples in Stereo, or the Flaming Lips.
