Fascinating conceptual electronic project, created almost entirely from the manipulated voice recordings of 30+ close friends. The resulting “choral” arrangements are varied and imaginative and present an interesting reimagination of community during an extended era of isolation. 10 tracks, all vigorous and unpredictable in the best way possible.

1. Steady tech-house with murmurs, shhhhh sounds, and clicky high hats
*2. Sunny and bright with luminous tones, and an upbeat tempo
*3. Slow building and chipper with a dynamic bubbly crescendo
4. Shimmery and metallic, molasses-slow glitchy vocals
5. High-energy bouquet of chopped vocals
6. Fluttery, pleasant, with a lively lilt
*7. Post-modern cover of “You Are My Sunshine.” Repeated vocal sample of “sunshine dear” and an ever-morphing telescope of bouncy treated effects. Nice orchestral swell give this track an epic feel, it’s really amazing
*8. A more standard choral arrangement, sustained chopped layered vocals
9. Staccato, cool phasing effects
*10. Angelic vocal washes over a bouncy ringing beat
