Artist: Matilda Lyn
Album: A Bowl of Unripe Fruit
Overall: Really cool, almost squeaky, soft female voice. Lyric heavy, very poetic, lots of plucky guitar. It’s giving Clairo, Lizzy McAlpine, Lucy Dacus, Quinnie, Leith Ross, Maggie Rogers, etc.

Track-by-track:
1. A Bowl of Unripe Fruit: *recommend* Lovely poetic song about desire via the metaphor of peaches, almost spoken
2. Wait for Me: *recommend* Falling in love in the passenger seat, early May, windows down
3. She: Classic lesbian devotional, wispy
4. Tennis: kind of funny song about being jealous of her friends, upbeat and bouncy *FCC Indecent*
5. Down, down, down: Feels like it’s underwater, about a break up but doesn’t come across as completely sad
6. Fooled by September: definitely giving fall vibes, sad piano in the background
7. Dead Ends: fun, dancy beat, repetition of “I’m so sick of myself”
