Cello centered, commissioned pieces. Classical, soundtrack, art-song, modern dance is my impression. Canadian artist & label.

1. +Slow thoughtful music, beautiful vocals halfway through.
2. Funny mouth sounds- err, extended vocal technique- playful minor-key interplay between cello + voice
3. Swooping bowing, pauses, chamber reverb. Quietly moody.
4. Near-whisper intro gives to gentle cello rasps, becoming awkward with sawing sounds and curious question "did it hurt?"
5. + Deep-chamber reverb with pizzicato & distorted bowed ambient cello. Tentative cool sounds, cello and noise unite, pauses between breaths.
6. Closer to traditional classical music, slow developing string ensemble minimalism. Hopeful ending.
7. + Plucking & singing intro, lyrical 3/4 time song.
