Afro Cuban Jazz from Pucho and his big band of Soul Brothers. Sounds range from 70s style soul to Cuban groove, with lots of horns, Pucho on timbales, and some Special guests for extra flavor. Check out tracks 2, 3, 4, and 8 for the best stuff
1) Smooth soul featuring organ and Fred Wesley on trombone
2) *Cuban son, cool solos on violin, flute, and especially tres (Cuban Guitar with three pairs of strings).
3) *Nice medium Tito Puente big band mambo--Piano and timbales featured in rhythm, killer baritone sax solo
4) *Classic Pucho: Pop tune funkified with a big Latin jazz orchestra sound and more Fred Wesley
5) Slow jazz ballad, flute and guitar
6) Medium, feature Pucho's Timbales and mostly mellow horns
7) Cheerful, medium tempo Puente
8) *Cool--guitar and tres give Cuban flavor
9) Mambo with nice piano rhythm. Flute and violin solos
10) Mambo, this time with slight Asian flavor
11) Soul Jazz, with more Fred Wesley (Blow that funky horn)
