Very engaging jazz with compositions that harken more to 1950s styles than to the free jazz that Parker is associated with. Also, there's a female vocalist (tracks 2,4,5,6,8) named Leena Conquest, who deals a nice satin touch somewhere between beat poetry and romantic crooning.

Overall cool and casual, with tight energy to the playing. Great stuff, and a nice showcase for Parker's composing, both musically and lyrically. Check out the title track, which describes a fantasy future in which Blacks and Native Americans peaceably take over the country and make some big changes.
