Art rock, much more art than rock. Like the 80's French ensemble Univers Zero. Writings of Berthold Brecht set to newly composed tunes, hard for me to catch the text. Turned me off at first, but it grew on me. Nice arrangements and sounds. Fem vocal
1. strident drums and reeds, dissonant bass. Not a good start to the disc.
2. descending tones, some bombast, a damaged guitar
+3.quiet wrong high-pitched tones and water sounds get a little louder, adds singing
+4.mix of noises and FM tones, long rhythmless into fades to squonking sax and descending rhythm, very cool. not much singing.
5.Dissonant piano and strings, too slow for me
6.goth 7.faster
8. a noise undercurrent takes over sleeptalking. So goth it's called "Brechts Gothic Tale"
+9.brief & simple, soprano sax stocatto and voice then alto sax joins
