Beautiful voices singing the music of Portugal. Often heartbreakingly sad, sometimes light. It’s all worth listening to, but in the interest of space, I’ll only highlight the following as being my favorites:

5. Beautiful, clear female vox and pretty guitar backing.
6. Sad & quiet female vox/guitar.
7. Trad. fado w/a strong male vox.
8. Mid-tempo fado sung in an emotional soprano.
11. Cool “fado café” feel, w/faster guitar & drums.
12. Wonderful mix of female vox/guitar/viola.
15. Male vox, mid-tempo, nice folk feel.
16. Rich fem voice, slow guitars, tragic.
17. Traditional, sad, lovely female vox.
