Pop/rock with male vocals, guitar, bass, drums. Vocals are echoey and dreamy at times, almost psychedelic. Contrast to music which is usually harder rock and faster. At its best during instrumental sections of longer songs. Vocals seem an unnatural fit with the music. Tracks 4,7,9,11 all very short. Recommend 1,6,10.
– med, some percussion-focused sections, melodic
– med, guitar-focused intro and choruses, stomping, pulsing beat without much variation, last 30 sec is quiet, ringing percussion
– slow-med, plodding, spacey background female vocals
– 20 sec instrumental, blurry keyboards and carousel sound
– upbeat, simple, slightly-annoying repeating oo-oo-oo-ooh part
– harder rock in parts, cool ringing guitar solo after choruses, more variation, last 40 sec sounds like tech clippy fast instrumental blur
– short (just over 1 min), lo-fi vocal and guitar, simple
– med-fast, nice guitar and drum interplay on instrumental part
– short (1 min), video game, organ, and “splat” noises blended
– med-fast, driving, almost pounding guitars, tempo change
– short (1:30), plucking strings and background chorus sound
– higher lead vocals, melodic pop, funny chorus
– instrumental, consistent guitar part underlying interesting layers and tempo changes
– three parts: first 4:30 is like several vocal tracks on the CD, then 1 min silent, then 4:30 hidden track, draggy, quiet, psychedelic, sparse
