Improv jazz: sax/bass/drums. Two hour-long sessions (one per CD) with good sustained energy. Dunmall runneth over on sax, and Bianco on drums seems inexhaustible. He's got a dry, light touch on snare -- it's the foundation for these disks, which are loud but not an overwhelming blur. Check out the end of track 3 (on disk #1) for a great, light, fast drum solo that shows off his subtle touch. Very good stuff.
