Excellent Senegalese funk/jazz/Latin featuring hot vocals, percussion, horns, and general grooviness. He’s now based in France, and has recorded with Carlos Santana, Ray Lema, and St. Germain, among others. This is great stuff.

*1. Uptempo funk romp w/some great brass.
2. Jazzy uptempo groove w/nice use of strings.
3. Mid-tempo w/heartfelt vocals & a melodic quality.
*4. Afro-funk w/big horns, vocals, chorus, perc.
5. Mid/uptempo Afro-rock. A bit over-arranged.
*6. Latin dance w/horns/perc/chorus. Cool!
*7. Sexy, jazzy, down-tempo cha-cha w/great vocals.
*8. Brassy anthem to the people of West Africa.
9. Slow jazz, an old-fashioned love song sound. Sigh…
10. Nice funk w/especially good work from the horns.
11. Uptempo w/great energy & use of female chorus.
12. Serious brass, perc. Catchy & driving.
13. Too-short instrumental w/fun percussion.
