Terrific CD from Sacramento-based punk rock/pop band. Male vocals, guitar, bass, drums. Most tracks med-fast, and some have a spooky, creepy, spy feel. Simple lyrics, and fun, energetic straightforward music with few gimmicks. FCC on tracks 5,6,7. Recommend 1,8,9,12,13.
– uptempo, drum flurry at end
– big beat, garagey
– simple beat, repeating gritty guitar
– simple
– FCC 4x “fucking”
– FCC 3x “fucking”
– FCC “shit” at 2:00 rem., “fucking” at 0:20 rem.
– creepy spy feel in instrumental parts, jumpy and choppy guitar and vocals
– more spy feel, jumpy guitar and solo
– frenetic hopping guitar after slightly bluesy intro
– catchy chorus, squealy guitar solo
– med, creepy intro, more steady and paced, relatively quiet interlude near end
– big guitar and drum intro, good beat, cool choppy guitar solo
