The Detroit electro-clash duo release another super catchy, fuzz synth-bass and drum machine driven album. Compared to their previous collection Resuscitation, Anxiety Always delivers the same catchy, dancy electro with a sinister female voice. As a whole, this album is charged with a bit more aggression both musically and lyrically. Did I mention it’s catchy? Think also of the Bay Area’s Numbers, who are more raw, less instrumentally developed.
10, 6, 3, 4, 2.

1. midtempo, dark instrumental.
2. buzzing synth bass. catchy dancy aggressive female vox.
3. catchy post-punk bassline. melodic and catchy.
4. aggressive fuzz synth bass. super catchy.
5. adult fuzz bass and drum machine meets the slits.
6. midtempo, hypnotic. cool mechanical sounds, almost glitchy.
7. relatively softer bass with hard drum beat like older adult.
8. drum machine dominated instrumental, swirls, flanges, phases.
9. slow, dark, repetitive loop with flanged out voice.
10. great sound, midtempo steady groove, quintessential adult.
