Electro pop with some break beats and a bass line that'll make your insides vibrate.
Uter is the brainchild of Declan Roney who funded the release you hold in your hands, a limited 284-record release. Cool color, eh? He's created some interesting sounds in that the harmony seems to be placed in the background with the bass in the foreground. Took me a couple of listens to get used to it, but it kinda grew on me. If you're a fan of Kraftwerk...check this out.

the good: something different to listen to...NOT cookie-cutter
the bad: if experimental electronica is not your thing...avoid
the ugly: “vibrato 2”...did it really have to be there?
potty-mouth tracks: none detected

(note: rating numbers are out of 10 and following each track description)
1.Vibrato: funny Simpson's intro; goes into some lo-fi sounds; kinda psychedelic (7) 2.Where is the Lid?: 1st half is just a bass line and then picks up with a snare (8) 3.Vibrato2: short track; nothing too interesting (4)
