Guitar-led trio, mixing trance-groove dance music with some fusion and even ambient ideas. Very nice stuff, accessible, with plenty of knotty, angular solos -- but it's got a laid-back feel, fast solos but few guitar hero antics (2,8). Lots of different sounds and tricks on the guitar, and lots of loops (for background) as well.

Recommended if you like last year's CD by Tunnels (Percy Jones' fusion band), although this isn't quite as manic and goes easier on the Prog pedal. Also reminds me of The Necks.

Tracks 3,5,10,12 are minute-long blips. Other tracks tend to fall in the 5- to 10-minute range.

- A mid/fast, chilling groove with guitar loops overlaid for a swirling effect
- Similar to 1, more laid-back, with prog-rock guitar-hero soloing
- Ambient
- Snappy, almost a normal-jazz feel
- Another ambient break
- Fast, really fast!
- Slow, nice
- Mid/fast, very dance/electronica feel. Blazing loud guitar solo.
- Sneaky, slinky faux-blues
- Blistering noise attack
- Small pecking melody, nice midtempo groove for the solo
- Crashing waves of cymbals
