gregory paul group - spirit and decibels
kind of folky, mostly mellow and gentle indie pop. lots of acoustic guitars and nasally vocals. all songs catchy and easy to listen to (does that make it easy-listening? yikes.) at times, i felt like i was listening to the flaming lips (good). at other times, i felt like i was listening to coldplay (not so good).
#1, #2, #3, #4: slow
#5, #6: faster, more upbeat
#7 intimate little song with just a guitar and vocals
#8 abstract vocals make this feel like an instrumental
#9, #10, #11 #12: catchy and poppy
#13: slow
