meeting places - find yourself along the way
nice shoegazer pop in the style of slowdive. many beautiful layers of droney and fuzzy guitars for your shoegazing pleasures. all tracks are great. i heart loud and fuzzy guitars - my favorites are 1, 5, 9.
!!! 1 - droney and fuzzy guitars over sparse vocals. interesting because what seems like the "chorus" features only guitars. i love it!
! 2 - faster, brighter, and almost poppy.
!! 3 - dreamy and languid. with a piano.
! 4 - strum that guitar! (his fingers must hurt so much ouch)
!!! 5 - the chorus and ending on this track rocks because of the uber-fuzzy guitars going crazy. aow!
!! 6 - headbopping beat like death cab for cutie. ending rocks out.
!! 7 - pretty similar to #6.
!! 8 - dreamy and soaring.
!!! 9 - longest track on the album (6:13). stsays pretty quiet until ~2:00. then it's rock out madness!
!! 10 - mellow and sweet but a bit cheesy.
