Basically this is a disc made up of various clips from a speech Chomsky gave at Northeastern University in 2002. Mostly he points out how different countries reacted to 9-11 and how the United States has been involved in many coercive, “terrorist” acts across the globe. The audio has been chopped and assembled/edited in places by DJ Slo-Mo.
