Ehrlich's latest has sappy parts, as the title suggests, but it's still got some good energy, particularly on the later tracks. Ehrlich plays very accessible stuff, with occasional ties back to the avant-jazz crowd he's associated with. He often goes for a "sweet" sound, which, combined with the piano, makes some of the more "lovely" tracks a bit hard to take.

- Soft, gentle semi-gospel tune
- Midtempo, softly swinging
- Slow
- Gently upbeat
- Nice criss/crossing piano-sax intro; upbeat
- Wintery, w/bass clarinet
- Mid/fast, a bit of a bluesy blaze
- Bouncy bass clarinet theme, mid/fast
