Not easily classifiable, but groovy electronic beats with overlayed acoustic instruments might be a good start.
I have to admit, I really didn't know what to expect of a record that had a donkey on its cover; didn't know if that was some sort of subliminal message of how the music was going to sound. No need to fret...I was pleasantly surprised with what my ears heard. Scott McDowell, the man behind Tiwanaku has put together something solid in layer upon layer of electronic sounds topped off with some conga drums, a saxophone and some guitar. The E.P. takes it easy on the 1st 3 tracks but then really opens up and doesn't let up until the last beat.

the good: pleasantly surprised; well put together for a one-man job
the bad: can't think of anything
the ugly: nuthin' ugly here
potty-mouth tracks: none detected

(note: rating numbers are out of 10 and following each track description)
