Winfred E. Eye -- The Dirt Tier

Haunting dark folk/blues/americana -- From Oakland -- Tom Waits-ian scraggy vocals that alternate between gravelly howls and sad whispers and moans. Urban gothic tales of ghosts and destitution and pain. Great instrumentation including accordion, organ, clarinet, guitar, washboard, pained rattles and scratching. Gritty brilliance!
