punky art rock duo. or is that arty punk... or tarty pink... drums, guitar, some bass & synth. Songs jump around enough to make me think "math" but they're not in that space, this is guitar rock with basic drumming that changes a lot. Pretty cool.
.minor key, fast, a few changeups
.spare, some spoken vocals (small part of song)
.quiet intro, guitar w/synth following, melodic & repetitive, drums start a minute in, arty & minimal, rocks out and ends quiet again.
.big metallic intro, shouted vox, big blackish
.rototoms! very fast, thumps, metallic w/art rock hint (it's the parallel fifths), calms down in the middle, anal-cu*tish
.quiet beginning, then loud & goofy
.pretty straightforward rock. like Killdozer but without the memorable vocals/lyrics
.wierd bent synth following bass in intro, drum wizardry and guitar at a different rhythm, disjointed, alienating
.easier to listen to, actual singing, gets to be more like shouting (and late 70s) at end
.purty, folky for first 100 seconds, then it turns to epic rock, quiet interlude, loud end.
