Grey Does Matter-"How To Make Millions In Real Estate"
male voice, guitar, drums, some techno beats. Sort of new-age, indie-rock/pop, not particularly fast. Lyrics remind me of Built to Spill, some similarities to Spoon, Jest to Brazil, and sort of like Interpol. (except much lighter rock.) Good tracks are #1,3,5,6,7,8,10.
1) Good song- Modern rock with techno sections (FCC-"lame-ass shit").
2) hard power riffs, nice melody but repetitive.
3) Good song- Rock with some techno parts, cool solo guitar around 2:45 (FCC-"dumbass").
4) Fast guitar at beginning, feels almost like AC/DC at first, but changes quickly. (FCC-"f***ing")
5) Good song- Lyrics remind me of Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan) in parts. Guitar solo at 0:55.
6) Good song- Prominent guitar that reminds me of the Pixies.
7) GREAT SONG- Acoustic beginning, slow, "campfire-feel", picks up at 0:57.
8) Good song- starts out with piano, picks up at 0:45.
9) fast guitar beginning, heavy on and off guitar and drums.
10) Good song- Drum beginning, the intro sounds almost exactly like the intro to Interpol's "PDA".
11) faraway beginning, picks up clear, fast. (FCC- "deep shit").
12) radio edit of track #1.
13) radio edit of track #4.
