They could be poster children for World music. A Greek opera singer, a Japanese flamenco guitarist, a Turkish percussionist, a Venezuelan folk singer and more. The result is fresh & energetic though not always successful. The instrumentals are better than the vocal tracks which, at times, are kind of annoying and/or pretentious. These are the best of the bunch.

1. Uptempo gypsy flamenco w/guitars/fiddles/vocals/palmas.
2. Contemporary flamenco w/nice flourishes from violin.
5. Short clarinet solo. Nicely played w/a klezmer sound.
7. Starts slow, picks up, etc.. Contemporary flamenco w/vocals.
8. A fairly respectable homage to Django & Stephane.
9. Upbeat flamenco pop.
13. Sweetly melodic w/low-key vocals & nice strings.
14. Dramatic middle eastern male vocal drone w/perc/strings.
15. Middle eastern percussion jam. Ends at 2:29…my CD player thinks it’s got another 5 minutes to go.
