The Benin-born diva goes Caribbean. This CD takes her from her African roots to calypso, ska, and Latin music. It’s a joyous, sexy, energetic journey that is guaranteed to put you in a good mood. The band is great & guests include Henri Salvador & Mamadou Diabate. Wonderful music and oh…that voice!

*1. Spirited uptempo salsa w/great work from the band.
*2. A warm and sexy little dance.
3. A jazzy little cha-cha w/a lazy charm.
4. A big & fast mix of horns/vox/perc/steel drums.
*5. Deliciously sexy and relaxed w/great vocal harmonies.
6. Horns/perc/piano/vocals in a big Afro-Latin conga jam.
*7. Great low-key duet w/Salvador.
8. Kinda wacky upbeat anthem w/a bit of everything.
9. A relaxed love song w/nice use of strings.
*10. Jazzy mid/uptempo dance w/strong orchestration.
11. A fun midtempo highlife bounce.
*12. Catchy Latin romp. Nice percussion/guitars.
13. Joined by a chorus, backed by strings/perc. Mid-tempo.
