“Nuevo Latino,” refers to music that combines influences from Latin America, Europe, & and U.S. So various sounds include salsa, bossa nova, tango, hip-hop, blues, & jazz, mostly w/a touch of electronica. Pretty much anything goes. This is a good sampling of what “Nuevo Latino,” means.

1. Mid/uptempo Cuban groove w/some nice backing vocals.
2. Mexican dance groove w/some good percussion.
*3. A relaxed & sexy tango-infused sound.
*4. Midtempo Latin rock/funk. Great perc/guitar at end.
5. Breathy fem. vox in an electric bossa nova thing.
*6. French rap against a background of electric Latin jazz.
7. Latin reggae.
8. Retro-lounge into a funky trip w/female vocals.
*9. Sexy & relaxed love song w/soft vocals & cool atmosphere.
*10. Playfully sensual blend of vocals/electronica/perc.
11. Funky reggae w/good male vocals.
