Vas is the team of percussionist Greg Ali and vocalist Azam Ali. Has a strong Indian and Middle Eastern influence. Most of the songs are low tempo. There is not a lot of variation in the tracks. Becomes a bit monotonous after a while.

Track 1: Serene notes. Beautiful slow vocals, instruments add spurts of energy. Sounds like chanting sometimes.
Track 2: Very mystical, trance-like vocals and music. Meditative.
Track 3: Slow tempo, percussion dominating. Towads the end, chanting with Western beats.
Track 4: Very middle eastern , belly dancing music in parts.
Track 5: Only percussion. Blends Eastern style effectively.
Track 6: Very interesting, English lyrics, sung in a lullaby style.
Track 7: Similar to #4. IMHO the voice gets a bit grating.
Track 8: Slow, swaying, peaceful. Vocals redeem itself. My favorite track.
Track 9: Fastest track but still quite low tempo. Vocals again go on a tangent. Middle Eastern style music. Prayer like.
