Trio of sax (Joe Giardullo), bass, drums, doing improvised jams in a free-jazz mode (that is, it's recognizable as "jazz.") Good session with strong playing throughout and a nice variety of moods.
- Strong, bright
*- Psychedelic? A tumbling, mysterious flute jam with high energy drums
- Slow. Cool ambling bass overshadowed by raspy sax. (Includes a long, low-level drum tone that gets a tad dull)
*- Calm, quiet. Bass-dominated, with relaxed touches of "world" percussion
- Quiet squeaking, gets tumbing and faster later
- Meditative and sparse, with flute. Native-American influence.
*- Fast and tumbling, with aggressive bass
