Classical composer Adams has a variable commitment to minimalism. 2 1977 and some recent pieces of mostly piano modern music. Complex rhythms and harmonic richness. Half as minimal as Glass. 1) rolling piano/violin groove repeats 2) meditative piano/violin *3) fast rhythmicly profound 4) fast interplay of pianos 5) easy & rich, Kieth Jarrett haunts it *6) busy part, alternations 7) relaxing beauty piece 8) energetic and all over the place 9) quieter rolling piano, sometimes loud 10) sweet meditation *11) Glassean minimalism, ebbs and swells excitingly | ||
