Delicious acoustic Bossa Nova from a singer with a warm and slightly girlish voice and great style. Guests include Yo-Yo Ma and Henri Salvador. She also plays guitar, and is backed by a sophisticated, jazzy little combo that makes this a decidedly adult, thoroughly romantic release. Not for cynics. May I have this dance? *1. Sweet, simple, romantic w/great work from the piano. 2. Soft & gentle Jobim classic. Ahh…. 3. Lush orchestration, slow & lyrically romantic. *4. Bouncy & playful w/a nice simplicity. 5.
