Pleasant euro-synth pop (Swedish, sung in accented English). Ideal-for-pop M + F vox typically trade off, one verse then the other. Hmm the F vox are different people but they all work well. Semi-concept album, Nanook gets mentioned often. Most tracks are in ¾ time. All tracks recommended!

1. pretty synth instrumental opening
2. tribute to dead friend, spacey synths, anthem pop
3.Not political despite the title. String section, nice drumming
4. acoustic guitar, shimmer, lush, 70’s soft-rock
5.”Nanook come home” anthem pop
6.More upbeat, 4/4 song of upcoming triumph, some theremin, banjo & tuba
7.quiet plucked-comb(?) intro, minor key, minor track
8.water-droplet like percussion, slide guitar. Happy music, moody teen poseur lyrics
9.glitchy, dissonant synth intro, then sitar-like music. F vox (not enough of them) reminiscent of Portishead, lovely chorus reminiscent of cocteau twins (musically, not vocally).
10.very short bridge track, two lines of M vox then deep drone & bells
11.Hmm ok weak. Tries to be a triumphant return but just boring
12. critique of capitalist oppression of the common classes. 4/4 time, nice basic rhythm lines and magnetic-field pop synth loops.
